My period normally only lasts for four days tops. But it's been going on for over a week, I'm not on birth control. It's not a heavy flow, it's just a dark red. Is there something that be causing this? I'm just kind of over it.

A normal length period is actually considered anywhere from 3 to 10 days, anything shorter or longer is considered abnormal and should be checked out by your doctor. This can sometimes happen due to a hormonal imbalance.
