Percocet V 4829 Oxycodone

If a doctor writes no substation, will medicaid pay? My mom said these don't help her. She used to have ip204, now this v 4829. I understand these are generic but not helping. What does she do?

If the dr writes on the prescription Brand Name Medically Indicated, then Medicaid will pay for it. But, it requires a Prior Authorization that only the dr can do. If the dr doesn't do the Prior Authorization and Medicaid doesn't approve it, Medicaid will not pay for it.
