I'm sorry, but I've been unable to find any information on this, the databases I've searched just list it as being yellow and nothing more specific.
As long as they were obtained through a licensed U.S. pharmacy, then there most likely isn't anything to worry about. Color variations sometimes occur due to differences in the manufacturing process.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
