Pentaz Nalox Tab 50 5

On a drug test will this medicine show up the same as Percocet? I am currently taking percocet 7.5 4 times a day.. I took a few extra this month and ran out early. My friend gave me these pills and said it will help with the withdrawal, but my Dr gave me a drug test today.. I should also add that I am on a Fentanyl Patch of 25mg.. Is this Nalox drug going to show up differently on my drug test...
