Hello chellymmm,

I have identified a green oval/elliptical shaped pill with the imprint WATSON 395 50 0 .5 as Naloxone hydrochloride and Pentazocine hydrochloride. It contains (0.5 mg) of Naloxone and (50 mg) of Pentazocine.

Manufacturer: Watson Pharmaceuticals

National Drug Code (NDC): 00591-0395

Based on my research, this medication doesn't actually contain codeine. However, studies have shown that a (50 mg) dose-when administered orally- appears to have an equivalent analgesic effect to (60 mg) or 1 grain of codeine.
