Hi rudy,

Are there imprints on the tablet as well or does it not have any markings?

Reason I ask is because I actually came across several different pentagon shaped yellow pills. However, all of them happen to have imprints of some sort. My findings of pentagon shaped yellow pills include the following medications:

Cyclobenzaprine 10mg
Dexamethasone 0.5mg
Effexor 50mg
Flexeril 10mg

If you could please post back with any additional information on potential markings and maybe even where the pill originated from, this may help narrow down our search efforts.
