Im writing about the drug purchased from mexico called Acxion. Its a diet pill is it safe i cant find anything about it online

Finding information online will be very difficult, drugs in other countries just aren't regulated like those in the US and they don't really keep track of them as well, as far as safety and efficacy.

This drug is given for inflamation of the skin. It also has a antiflamatory, antibodic and something for itching. I'ts an excellent ointment.
