This tablet, with the DW marking isn't listed in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases.
With that marking, this leads me to believe it is probably something that is available over the counter.
If you do not have the packaging, to know what it is, how did you obtain the serial number?
In most cases, it isn't possible to identify a medication by that, because it is a number that is internal to the manufacturer and only makes it to the public, if something has to be recalled.
Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?
