Peach Round Pill 54 375

I been on the half moon ones and was just put on the orange 54 375 ones and they work the same I don't got a problem with them its all in your head if u think that they don't work as well its same formula as all other subs

Hi James,

Glad to hear that this is working well for you despite switching manufacturers, as not everyone seems to be so lucky in that regard. Just wanted to mention on behalf of anyone else that may be noticing differences felt between different manufacturers, is that these inconsistencies are typically caused by the variations of "inactive" ingredients more so than anything else; at least according to what I've been reading up on.

Apparently there are certain binders/fillers that these companies use which cannot be fully metabolized by our body. In theory this is what hinders bioavailability and prevents the "active" ingredient(s) from working as well as they should be, since the fillers are what's encompassing the active substance. And if some of those binding agents can't be broken down all the way then we are only ingesting a partial dose. I find this to be the case with other drugs like Norco produced by Actavis, and believe it may also be an issue with some other generics as well, judging from some of the feedback on here.
