Peach Pill 200

Tiny little pink pill, scored in the middle, with 200 above the line. The bottle said may cause droziness. I forget what its called tho.. So I need help!

From what I can find, a tiny tablet matching this description contains Levothyroxine, which is used to treat thyroid disorders.

Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, fatigue, headache, weight changes and hair loss.
