This has come up several times recently and I cannot find an ID for it.

Can you tell me where it was found, was it in the US or somewhere else?

This is reportedly a generic Ambien, containing Zolpidem 10 mg, manufactured by Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The 5 dots are supposed to be modeled after the manufacturer's logo:
