Peach Color 5142 Capsule

Found one in my pill box. Did not recognize it so I am trying to find out what it is. Have no idea how it got into my pill box. Weird!

What's even more weird is that I can't find a listing for this in any of the databases, even playing with the numbers a little and switching them around.

I'll keep looking though and post back if I find anything.

Does anyone else recognize this capsule?
