Actually, with your period being irregular again, that most likely means that you are still suffering from PCOD and the hormonal contraceptives only helped for awhile.
And really, as long as you are still suffering from it, some type of hormonal therapy is the only thing that's going to help regularize your cycle.
Have you consulted your doctor?
You may benefit from just supplementing your progesterone and vitamin D, since they are both usually low in PCOD/PCOS.
