Pause 500mg

Hi,I'm roja i am in my second month of pregnancy i had spotting only one time i had called the doctor she adviced me to take dubagest 200mg 3 times a day and also take pause 500mg 3 times a day is it advisable for me?

My daughter age 23 is pregnant I mnth and 5days now she is bleeding not heavily but 8 to 10 drops in two three days in a day once two citing also gone not too big but size 5rs coin Dr. Advised to take pause tablet is it advisable her to take thi tablet has it any side effects
