Passing Piss Test For Several Narcotics??

I used heroin cocaine and crack cocaine today on Friday I have to take a urine test Monday morning for my Sub doctors at 8am then another one Tue morning for work I take suboxone ativan htz blood pressure pill flexril all prescribed I have a speedy metabolism does anyone think I'll pass either of these tests oh I also take adderall its prescribed too please someone give me some ideas
