patient said he found an herb or something like that and it helped his parkinson's symptoms. He said it was Trimidon but was not sure of the spelling.

I'm sorry, but I can't find anything on this, it is very difficult, because this site doesn't know if it was the brand name for something, the herbal ingredient itself, something ayurvedic, or etc.

I've looked at several resources and can't find anything listed that's even close to that name.

I have found reference to a drug in homeopathy by the name of Theridion. Is this the drug you are referring? Can you please confirm? My bother is also suffering from acute PD.
