I have had effect of dirt mites for over a year, treated as scabies, complete eradication has not been accomplished, and this is driving me nuts. Topical diluted pesticides and pills have been used repeatedly with little success and has resulted in chemical burns where repeated application has been done. Any proven process that I can implement would be greatly appreciated??

What diagnosis, and treatment has your doctor provided?
Are you referring to dust mites? They live on dead skin cells. They are known to induce many allergy symptoms in people, but they generally don't infest and feed on a person. Soil mites are not known to be harmful, or to infest humans.

Who told you it was dirt mites?
As to the pesticides, you should really stop trying them, unless a doctor instructs you to do so.
Do you have a rash? Does it itch? What does it look like?
What scabies treatment did you use?
