i found these in my husbands pocket pale blue triangle shaped pills with a straight line engraved on one side but didnt get chance to see if there was anything on the other side as he came back,could they be a fake viagra?

Without knowing the marking, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is.
There are several on the market, both prescription and over the counter products, that are blue and triangular shaped. You cannot tell what they are, however, without knowing the marking.
Most Viagra pills, including the foreign and fake ones, are diamond shaped, not triangular, so I doubt that's what it is.
Does anyone else have any ideas?
