Painpills To Replace Oxycotin

I've been on oxycotin for 13 years its been working great till sept. when they changed it ,now it don't do very good job ,need something to replace it,i was told opana works as good as oxycotin??

Opana contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone, it is a very potent narcotic and has been very successful at helping some people with chronic pain.

It can cause side effects similar to the Oxycontin, which may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
