It is very difficult to narrow down what may be causing your problem just from the limited information in an online post.
Such symptoms can be caused by many different medical issues and to discern which one, your entire medical history needs to be taken into account, as well as any medications you may be taking.
Have you discussed the problem with a doctor, yet?
It could be from an injury,
