You can make the switch, if your doctor approves, but if the doses are not comparable, you may experience some withdrawal effects.

The FDA lists them as possibly including nausea, dizziness, fever, chills, rebound pain, depression and diarrhea.

What is the dose of each? Are you having a problem with the MS Contin?
