Pain Med Treatment

I am very frustrated...the laws have made those of us who need pain meds impossible. I have tried to buy meds online out of desperation..I am 50 and doctors seem to think i should lie my life in bed with an ice pack rather than help me..I can function with minimal drugs but noone cares!!! At worst a lortab or percocet 2 x a day would make a world of difference... anyone have any recommendations??? reputable pain management doctors??? anything??? at this point I would do just about anything.
