Pain Management Doctors Volusia County That Takes Medicaid

Need a doctor that listen and trying to help their patients in the volusia county area have been dealing with pain for over 18 yrs I'm currently on lortabs 10 mg 4x a day ms contin 30 2xd phenagran as needed and this don't work but it does help take the edge off but I may get total of 2/3 hpurs of sleep due to the pain waking me up out my Sleep I have pillows to help with my back even that does help cant sit or stand long periods the pain gets soooo intense to where I'm mean I'm between a 8-10 or higher I need a help I had to visit the er all the time due to my stomach getting so bothersome it swells up like I'm pregnant amd the pain is above and beyond I'm vomiting can't get nothing down (er) gives me fluids and pain meds iv but as soon as I get home its back so when trying to take my meds im wasting them cause of vomiting (5 surgeries on my stomach) then my lower bk is a another problem what do I do?

What is causing your stomach to do this? What were the surgeries for?

It really sounds like this is a gastrointestinal issue that has never been resolved, which means your pain isn't going to be resolved, until it's fixed.

What type of doctors have you been seeing?

Are you in pain management?

I'm very sorry that you're in pain. I'm trying to gather more information to see how to best help you.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?

My doc had me try the transdermal. Phentynol patch with the vomiting I have the pain and the vomiting and st times can't keep anything down not even my meds. The phenytnol was too strong for me. I'm sure had I tried to continue the symptoms would have essed up, I just stayed on my morphine yogurt for my belly and phenagren. It's worth a try, if Dr. Will prescribe it?
