Pain Management Doctors Virginia Northern

I need a doctor for Pain Management. I live near Luray Virginia.. I will travel I found one doctor in Fredericksburg. I only know of two, PLEASE, I am being given 4 5 milligrams of Percocet. I was taking 10 mg 5 times a day with Oxymorphone 40 Mg ER... I am dying here the pain is so bad... I have to go once a week and he never gave me back my Oxymorphone so my sciatica on my left side is killing me. I am not functioning because of the devastating pain..... Please help.
