Hello, Sam! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain.
There are plenty of doctors that listen and are willing to help, but they do have to be cautious, so they'll want your prior medical records, they'll want you to undergo testing and they'll want you to try various treatment options, rather than just resorting to pain medications.
Do you currently have a PCP that might be able to refer you to someone? If so, that might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need.
What area of WA are you in? This information might enable someone to recommend a good doctor in you area. For instance, I am just outside Seattle, but a doctor here isn't going to be of much use to you, if you're in Spokane and Bellingham. Can you please post back and clarify? Thanks!
