Pain Doctor That Will Prescribe Oxycodone 30mg In Asheboro Nc

I am 62yrs young and I have been on heavier pain meds since 1996. I need my doctor or another one to prescribe my oxycodone ay 30mgs instead of 10mgs for my breack thru pain. I wear a 75 mqc fentenyl patce every 48hrs but I am still in constant pain. to the point that my BP was215/100 at last visit. I don't want to stroke ouy because my pain inraising my BP so high. It was 198/91 today, but I try to keep going. Please help me with my dr or find one that will listen. Asheboro,NC

Are you sure that is the only reason your blood pressure is elevated?

Those are very high numbers and you should be on something to bring it down, in addition to getting your pain under control. Medications can always be lowered or dropped entirely later, once it is at normal levels and your pain is under control.

Have you consulted a cardiologist to have the blood pressure checked out? I think that's something you really need to do immediately.

The FDA lists these medications as being narcotic analgesics, so they have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
