Pain Clinic Cash Only Florida

I need the address of a pain clinic. My back is killing me and this is the only way to keep working to pay my bills. Please if u can help I would owe u big. Just show me the doc.

Dr. Gerardo Florez, Jacksonville. $300 cash only. Just give them a local address and say you just moved there. Although, I doubt he would care. I've seen plates from Alabama and Georgia when I was there. He will keep you on whatever you are already on if you can bring your bottles or they'll just pull up your eforcse record. Not a pill mill! Just a Dr who treats patients instead of a government agent posing as a dr. if you know what I mean!
He's a terrific guy! Don't poss off Mike, the office manager! He will get you kicked out. He runs the show! (No, I haven't been kicked out, I've just seen and heard things...)

Only at CVS and Walgreens...but then again who ISNT blacklisted there in Florida?
They. Tell you what pharmacies have the meds they prescribe you but warning...NONE of those take insurance. Example...I get 90 dilaudis and they charge anywhere between $4 to $8 EACH! BUT! There are some who do take it but you have to prove you live in Jacksonville! Or there is a mail order pharmacy Mike has info on that takes insurance but it takes 4 days to get it to your door. So it depends on your situation and how long you can wait. 2 seconds, right? Lol...I just pay the cash to not have the beadache. But that's me

I became a paraplegic in July. Long story short I lost my insurance (can't work) waiting on my ssdi. I think you just saved my freaking life. I have been in pain so bad i really thought about freaking rolling my ass off a pier... Gonna give this Doc a try.
Do I need all my records? No s***, i almost cried after read this thread.

Please be very careful you seem to be seeking a legit md this guy will write but you better have a pocket full of cash LOTS of it once you become affiliated with a practice like this it will follow you and be flagged for future medical care and as a paraplegic ii assume you'll Benin need of a lifetime of care. I promise this is not the place you want to risk this for. If you do get meds if you can not provide proof of residency your out of luck.ive seen many legit patients status crucified by attending this practice hen being dismissed without cause medication LESS and BROKE. If it sounds to good to be true MOST TIMES IT IS

i live in Jax, my prob is I don't have a doctor anymore, I never had a pcp i saw a neurologist when i had insurance but she won't see me without insurance. well crap maybe I shouldn't go see this Doc then. bummer

I'm a entertainer but I can't move without pain killers. I have bone on bone. My knees n shoulders n my back r messed up. please help me. im 74 n I want to be pain free enough so I can go back on stage again n be somebody again n have a life again n be happy again n not depressed. I'm in so much pain that sometimes I think that if I ended it all at least I will be out of pain, but I wan't to go back on stage n be happy n make others happy by entertaining for them. Please help me. It also hurts me when doctors turn their backs on me. As as veteran I have mri's of my knees, shoulders n back. I want to be almost pain free again n want to live the rest of my life happy again.

I just came across your reply to my post 2 years ago. Dr Florez in Jacksonville is still in practice and I have never been blacklisted or red flagged for having seen him. Therefore I dont know what youre referring to about this doctor. His office manager is an DEA agent so I highly doubt they have any issues even though they take cash. At least they did. Idk anymore as I have moved.

74? Your 74 and you want pain medicine to get you BACK in the entertainment industry? I don't think it's gonna work for you because even though I get paid medicine because I to have bone on bone I'm only 53 and could wear heels or dance at all at my age but good luck!
