I cannot find a listing for a tablet with this marking, however, I did find other Oxymorphone tablets that are very similar, which leads me to believe that is what this is. However, since I am not 100% certain and this site is not medical professionals, I suggest you ask a pharmacist.

Oxymorphine is narcotic analgesic that can cause side effects such as nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.

Yes I've been on opana E.R's for over six months,n before that i was on oxy contins,b$ they changed em to the bs.the opana thta u r talknin about sounds like an %mg I.R..I've never seen any pana thats not octogonal shaped besides the instant ones n they dnt make 30s.sry
