Oxymorphone 10mg To Morphine 30mg

Sometimes the morphine 30mg doesn't last as long so I've been going going back and forth between that and the oxymorphone 10mg. I was jus wondering because. I am usually on 60mg 3x a day. So jus thought I'd see if anyone knows.

The dosages that you mentioned are equivalent. Each 30mgs of Morphine is equal to 10mgs of Oxymorphone. So, if you usually take 60mgs of Morphine per dose, you'd need 20mgs of the Oxymorphone.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

That’s not true, oxymorphone is 10x stronger than morphine so 10mg oxymorphone or opana would be equal to 100mg morphine or a little over 3 of the 30mg pills mentioned.
