Hi kelly,
What type of "V" would you describe it as? Is it cursive like the one from Vintage Pharmaceuticals? If so, their tablets are recognized for having an additional set of numbers on the pill as well; deeming this as a possible counterfeit.
And please correct me if I'm wrong but judging from your description, one has to assume that it wasn't obtained from a legitimately licensed pharmacy. In such cases there are no guarantees that what you received is real, unless you were to have its contents analyzed by a lab. Reason being is that counterfeits nowadays are becoming increasingly similar to the real thing, and without a way to verify the imprint, it's just not worth the risk in my opinion.
Can anyone else help determine what this might be or where it's from?
