This oxycontin-OP is not FDA approved File your law suit now. this this medicine will clog every artery in Man ,causes build up of amonia stomach problems does not digest in system , goes through your body like whole kernal corn. shot out of wrist rocket puts holes in motorcycle gas tanks the pharmacists softtail at forty yards. plus they have the all new oxycontin OP 160. get on civil law suite attorneys waiting on line to sign you up.

His new formula gives me headaches and constant ringing in the ears. Something is not right.

I was injured and had to have my hamstring re-attached.I was then diagnosed with RSDS..I've not had a day without pain since. I've been on and off pain meds and now I am dependent on them to be able to move. My life is but a shell of what it was before the injury a pain med marry-go-round. I went back on pain meds a few days ago at 80mg Oxy 3x per day and 30mg Roxi 4x per day. The new Oxy is very scary...whatever they added or upped has changed the medications ability to do what it was intended for and it is making me sick. What is in this stuff, plastic? I left a message for my Dr and will be asking him to prescribe another medication to me. I won't take these. Like many of you, I'm already fighting for my life...none of us need to be the test rats for Purdue. Does anyone have any suggestions for a similar medication...has anyone tried an alternative? Also, has anyone been in touch with any class action lawyers? I think we all need to put something together???

To Blusskyy: have you thought of the reason for the change was ABUSE, here u are telling people how to break it down to get full effect or HIGH! I for one do have side effects from NEW Fornula than before, but would not try your way, it may kill u, I mean if it breaks it dow and immediate release of 80 mg pure oxycontin then u are going to regret telling people this. The new ingredients ARE hurting a lot of people and FDA has already started a webpage, WebWatch because os so many adverse effects the new formula has caused, so for those who want to complain they need to go there, not call, they said FDA so overwelmed over this and with that said,

Purdue Pharma needs to pull the OP 80's off the shelf, they are poisonous. Bad Bad Drug....Call the FDA right away...
They at Purdue are not interested in Patient relations they are only interested in their bottom line. Watch out for your selves and remember Purdue is not paying you to try their experimental drug but then again they didn't ask the pregnant rats either.
I should have been given the
chance to opt out of trying this new formulation.....and so should all the other patients who were not informed. You suck Purdue Pharma Know it....

The new Oxycontin Op's do not work they are making me sick, headache stomach ache, nausea, no pain control, none, nada. If you haven't tried them don't If you have and they don't work to control pain go to your physician and ask for something else. Opana ER or Kadian for the long term pain and Percocet 10 for the break thru pain.
Nothing else will work to get you well and also releive your pain. Purdue is not going to give anyone the Oc's they are not being manufactured anymore. So all the people who are on the streets scurrying to try and find the real ones good luck they are nothing but a sweet memory now.
Also Purdue Pharma cares nothing about the end user the patient these new meds were never tested on humans ever only on Rats in vitro. Ask you pharmacist they will tell you to throw them away they are POISON........

I hope i die and then they can go to my back and see the pain i was in and then when while they are there can see how messed up the op did to my somach and esopaghus.Its not even dissolving in my chest when i drink it with water it feels like it is gettin stuck.So the hell with this quality of life.Anyhow people that took these meds were tallked about being drug addicts.So face down and you get it.2012

thoes new op's aint gone get removed no materr how many people bitch about them. try morphine controlled release instead of ir's oxy's. u need round the clock pain management. the ir's are for break through pain or acute pain. also every one knows if u start bitching bout the meds that u r on ur doc will give u the dick around and have u try all other non narcotic remedies plus more phy thearapy and after all that u get tramadol it aint worth it. just try talking to ur doc and explain the situation how they make u feel and that u need medicine for chronic pain

The new OP tablets do have problems: 1. They do cause phlem to build up in lungs 2. They do cause stomach/digestive problems beyond the Op type tablets 3. They aren't releasing the oxycodone the same time nor amount of medication 4 the tablet is having problems getting through the GI tract causing backup 5 general disatisfaction by patients too many complaints to overlook... Although the Op tablet type of oxycontin has satisfied the FDA the end users are the ones who will have the final says as to which medications they take, this is a choce between the Doctor and Patient however the limitations wilol be based on what medications are available, there appears to be a shortlist of ER oxycontin which will open the door for other manufactures to remedy the issues related to OP the only real question is when...
