No, the new Oxycontin OP has been specifically designed to prevent people from doing just that. They are trying to curtail abuse of the medication.


It is, however, still supposed to work the same and can cause the same side effects: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation.

Its not reformulated . And its the same molecular structure as the o.c. you were probably abusing the o.c. which made them into instant release.

Verwon, the questioner specified OC, NOT OP.

The answer is that if you want a SOLUTION which will be instantly available to the body,Myers of course,since if you break it up until you have a powder almost as fine as talc (time consuming but worth the effort if you have 56 or 112 x 80 or 120mg OC tablets) this is soluble in tepid water to a quite high degree. Check how many mg is soluble in how many mL and leave, stir, wait, band after 6 hours you will have a solution of known strength. Ready for use. I left out 'filter' and 'retain solids as they will contain a few mg oxycodone HCl.' These may be swallowed on the basis of weight of 120mg pill will retain around 2mg oxycodone (source; Erowid) so the weight of solids filtered out and pressed and dry amounting to weight of ten x 120mg OC should be as effective as something between a 10mg and 20mg Oxynorm. Make certain you are accurate in measurement so that the strength of your resultant solution is known and as precise as possible.
