Oxycontin And Oxycodone Levels

I am prescribed two 10mg oxycontins and two 10mg oxycodones a day. i ran out early so my cousin gave me a 40mg oxycontin. i was wondering, will the level in the urine screen come up the same since i normally take 40mg all together in a day and i will have taken 1 40mg pill the day before my appt?

oh and the oxcontin i normally take is 12hrs apart and the oxycodone is anywhere in between the oxycontins
