Oxycontin 80 Mlg (Page 5)

I am wondering if there is a manufacturer of oxycontin other then purdue? I am taking oxycontin 80 mlgm, and purdue has changed the medication, and it does not work for me with what they have done to it.

Oxylifesaver - Well, the dark has seen the light. LOL I went to my daughter's for Thanksgiving and she lives where there are only two phary's. I was due to have my script filled so I brought it with me. After getting it filled, I opened the bottle and I hit the lottery!!! They were the OLD oxy's. I like you will hoard them as long as I can. But the pain will get to me and I will have to take them. I took one and the pain was GONE!! Just like before. These new oxy's are nothing but garbage. With them I hurt all the time. Now as I am writing this, I am in NO pain! Don't hold your breath that Purdu will go back though. It's really, really sad that we CCP users have to suffer because of the abusers out there.

I'm impressed that I hear from comments, that some Doctors know these OP's are not working. Here at the clinic I go to , THEY make it as if I'm the only one that had problems and the pharmacy has the same comment. Nobody else complained. Yes I live in a much smaller area but it so not true how they are making it sound like I'm picky and I don't know what I am talking about. Here's another example: I take Ambien 10mg to sleep but if I take the generic's I have broken sleep and bad dreams along with a druggy cloudy feeling for about 2 hours after waking up but not if I take BRAND. Now my son takes them and he gets the generics so we exchanged just a few nights of the (same PILL) and boy did he notice a difference. Thats why these GOATS lead us by saying OH don't give anyone your pills for any reason. Here's a good reason because they can conveince you that they know what they are talking about. Look up Welburon XL and any problems with the generic they dish out. Brand did its job for 12 hours but the generics ones were dumping its main product in 4 to 5 hours leaving 7 to 8 hours without proper medication. With those pills people would be thinking of killing themselves and more. Now these big PHARMA Drug LORDS are using us to keep the money with new patents and no concern about our pain. Oh and I did take 160mg a day now 4x30mg IR Oxycodine which is 120mg a day and they say that its all they can give. Now who's the GOATS for the DEA & FDA& Big brother PHARMA DRUG LORDS OUR DOCTORS. Bend over punks that use to take care of us and our well being. Keep complaining and be care if they try to get you on Suboxone only because the insurance's are not wanting to give them forever and yes its for addicts but just be careful we depend on our pain relief that can be taken away if we don't become their SHEEP. Keep any records of your problems from the Oxycotin OP change everything!!! YOU may need it if a Class Action Law Suit appears in our future's. I can not believe it hasn't already.

Pigulla,wtarin1, and to all of the rest of you on this board I want to say that it seems that we are not SHEEP because we call out those who want to keep us quiet and demand that we get better meds and I am sure we are also the same way with any service that we pay for, down to going to a resturant and not getting good service! If the Server does a poor job at serving our meal we either do not leave a tip or we say something to those who are in charge. The sad thing is that here in this country we have let the minority rule the majority or the big drug companes to keep shoving their crap down our throats. We get labeled as complainers or Does not play with others well. So we all need to keep up the pressure on Perdue. I have been accused of abusing and being a drug addict for complaining about the OP's,I also was threatened to have my script not being refilled. I have printed out some of the complaints and showed them to the people at my pain management office and to the Pharmacy and I am slowly getting them to do their own research and also listening to my complaints and others who suffer. So Keep the pressure on! If we can send a machine into space that can read the warning label on a pack of smokes or to do a surgery that use to takes months of rehab down to less intrusive and faster recovery time then it should be that hard to make a drug that gives us a better life with a lot less pain, Hell they already did (the old OCs)but because of the minority abused it the majority has to suffer. That is why my handle is oxyLIFEsaver, with out them I would be so miserable that my life would be ruled by pain and that in turn would keep me from getting up in the morning.The OCs let me return to work for another ten years when all of my Doctors were telling me I would not be able to return to work at all.I am not saying that the OCs took all my pain away but they atleast took enough pain away for me to handle it,All of us Chronic suffers have had to learn to adjust and deal with our pain. to sum it all up we have enough problems to live with we don't have to accept sunstandard medicine! Make some listen until they make the right changes.

Ok if they trying to stop it then they wouldnt of done this because now people are going to do hard stuff like herion because what they did so that means more people going to be dieing but they dont care if they wanted to help they would be able to get right at the phy like mexico and i tell you now they wont be that many places get robb and less herion around so no they dont want to help because watch people going to trun to other stuff.

First, Carrie, what the hell are you saying? You have mispelledwords, and no punctuation. You sure are giving everyone the wrong message! Second, OXYLIFESAVER, at first I thought you were bashing me. I live in Vermont, very rural, no CVS or Walgreens here. And I HAVE printed out a few pages of this web site and my doctor wouldn't even LOOK at them. But I am NOT taking this like a pig going to slaughter! I am going to scream, kick and yell till someone takes notice of what Purdue has done! Class action suit, where is it? I will be the first in line to sign! DAM IT. I'm in PAIN. And I want the medication to make it stop. They have it and I need it. I'm not a dam junkie, I have a physicial injury that can't be fixed buy only a little bit of life without pain with the oxy's OC. Where do we start? Let me know. I'm right behind you!

Henry - you don't use these drugs. We here, have daily chronic pain! Why don't you get to a web site where you can peddle. YOU HAVE NO IDEA. Why don't you get a life and let us have at least a place to vent! You're one of those pointing fingers at people that don't need or want your SPITEFUL, DEGRADATION of us. Oxilifesaver-
Do these calcifications start like round lumps then grow and spread fairly quickly?
I have alot of spinal damage and now have severely painful growths that are along the spine and intertwine into some muscles. HELP

It is around all the bones I broke which was most of them I was thrown a 100 yards down the highway. It look like lumps around my knees and joints that were broken and lumps on the other places. It is hard to explain. I just know it is very painful and they can't stop it.

I am sorry my friend, but because of the lie of Oxy being Heroin, it was not meant to be known, and the addition of this OXY has brought this company under the possibility Of Criminal and Civil Suite.
Heroin is the miss use of a Concept of Health Care for pain, and if I was you i would speak to a doctor for this pain issue or if you have become addicted....

As for this I am sorry you have become addicted to Oxy heroin, as for my face, well, I am 6'' 1' 200 pounds and I still can pull 260 pounds from the ground with easy, and my 54 year old body feels pain all the time, but when children ask me to help them because their family and friends have died or gone off the deep end of life, Then I must help.
As for the Twin Towers, my friend you do not make a drug deal with Afghan Drug Lords and then Betray them, a matter a fact you do not betray any people of a Family.

You see when i first posted here i was the first, it took so time to pass before these fokes of RX, here would allow my post to stand.

yea man its f***n bulls***...they need to switch them back to the real ones...i heard from somone that they might be doing it b/c some of the older patients cant digest the pill and they have just been s***ing them out... my dad is a disabled vet he used to get 180 oc80 and 90 perc 7.5.... now they just give him the OPs and valium 5s.... the kind of pain hes in is just too much for te ops
