Um no, just no ..so how do you get 150 out of a 60 or 80 mg tablet? You make no sense.

In a word...Roxi's. Don't even know why they went thru so much hassle and trouble of making this weird freakin polymer gel B.S. when you can get roxis for around $10 each by word of mouth. Hell, technically, percocets are oxicodone but just added with acetaminophen which further helps the oxi in percocets react?!! Lol stupid waste of time. And all of you bible thumpers and holier than thou's who can't seem to shut up and stop scolding the 'miserably addicted losers'....Lets not throw stones! If I knew YOUR secret flaws (yes you DO have them) you would truly blush. So judge not - go to church or a meeting or go gambling or go cheat on your spouses or go have sex before marriage or go get something fat & greasy to eat and eat or go shop until you can't afford to feed your kids. Get it?

People can talk all they want unless u have at any point lived your life in pain then you should shut the F up. Bc the quality of every day life is what matters and as long as you get your responsibilities taking care of and your not using the stuff recreationally it's ok. When your in pain and take pain meds prop. you don't feel high, you get outta pain. Just bc when you tryied a pain pill you got messed up does not mean anything besides u took something to strong for what pain you had and if it was something small then you didn't need it to start with, and should have just taken asprin. And stop telling other people what to do and how to live when they lay in bed all day bc they can't get up or outa bed bc they can't move. Bc I've been on both sides of the boat, where I could not get outta bed but then over time the doc raised my meds and changed them in me and it took me a while to realize this and had to change docs and get back to the levels that I should and needed to be at. With me my pain would come in waves some days would be better then others so I took the ir the time release was not what I needed bc then if I was not in pain the meds where still kicking in and was not needed. This is just a prime example of gov. Telling us what we can and can't do, (just like how this message was prob sent to someone in the gov. Somewhere bc I said the words gov.) just big brother wanting to us what's right for us instead of us... So anyone that is in pain mang. Be strong and do just that mang. Ur pain and don't let it mang. You. Stay strong.

You my friend are a junkie, just like the rest of us. I'd love to see your medication stopped and see who the junkie is now. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stone. I really wish you we'll, but there are a lot of good people out there addicted to opiates who wish they had never seen one. God bless you and good luck .

I've been through oxy withdrawal a few times. After a few days you're ok again. But when you're an addict you just go right back to it. I finally gave it up for the methadone clinic. After a few years I was able to cold turkey methadone ( not recommended) and it was the worst experience of my life.

A scusah me, but how much do u really knw about pain??? I totally agree with almost every point except what u think is the ok amount for thousands of conditions that can take ur life away with severe pain. Its not a drug problem it's a societal problem. When 90% of family drs r M.D's(which means in layman's to treat with medicine look up how it started in the later 1800's and early 1900's by Carnegie if u really want to follow the rabbit hole) spouting opinions on pain medications that have little to do with the real reason they are made a problem. Yes, the swine known as big pharma execs know without a doubt(and is completely on board with and still sleep like babies as u stated) the fact that they produce way more than necessary and over half of their drugs with abuse potential somehow appear in every town/city across this fallen country. This willingly sick society is munching prescriptions for health issues(no one can b sure)at 80% of population. When a simple dietary change could fix half the problems they take the scripts for. Roughly over 50% are on at least 1 psychotropic med.which psychiatrists pass out like candy for kick backs (which again, problems could b resolved with counseling 100% more effectively)Staggering, eh? Now the people who are I'm real pain (pain is subjective and experienced personally. No one knows how much ur in. Strict dea regulations on Drs who want to uphold their Hippocratic oath only hurt those who r hurting. Who made u expert on how much is too much for an individual struggling to get thru a day with say pin pong ball size kidney stones? Or say me that has severe reactions to Lyme disease and 3 compression fractures of the spine which makes it so I can barely move some days unless I take more oxycontin than u think is necessary unless I'm dying???!!! Wth is that, cause I'm not dying within the next year for sure I can't take more than 10mgs??! If I'm dying there is relief in knowing I'm going Home, or nirvana, being reincarnated whatever, end is in sight. At 35 knowing I can't make a living without taking the edge off without maybe a 40mg oxy and if you've experienced long-term major pain that is what it does, takes the edge off. I don't feel high from it, because tolerance builds up and small increases may b needed to produce the same results, therefore just a little won't work all the time, many and most of the tomes, yes oxy is not needed. I'm not dying and still need to live. I could have done what most do and get disability, but I'm not that guy. I have a 10yr old son and I'm sorry but u can't blame the street sellers when our govt openly sprinkled seeds of austerity over our once blessed nation. Street sellers are mainly products of survival in these dire times presently in inner cities or crime ridden areas in burbs or the stick. A common thread ties it all in, lack of jobs. If u live near Chicago, L.A.,etc. Take a see for yourself if ur brave enough...drive thru the "ghettos" how many people are standing around the streets? How many job opportunities do u see? The corner stores r all owned by people who just came over from the middle east or asia, tax free for 7 years at that. Yes good kids get caught up, but 9 out of 10 times parents leave parenting up to schools aka gov't. Buying clothes, food, place to live does not make a parent or build a foundation for the child to b prepared for what's really gonna come at them like a lion waiting to kill, addict, and brutalize and devour our youths. It's raveging younger children every year. If you are a Christian u knw no amount of chanting, good energy, or anything else is changing the destruction of man and it is only going to get worse. Please! Don't give me that s***, people, in ur words, 'self medicate' daily. From aspirin to high blood pressure meds etc. and most if not all have withdrawals or side effects. So don't go putting down people that have a medical condition and a RX for a medication that improves their quality of life! If u or anyone else knocking people on Oxy as 'junkies' etc I hope to God u never have a debilitating injury or illness! Cause I guess that'll just make u another junkie too then!! Get a clue!!

You have no idea what pain can do to someone. It eats into your mind. Someone dear took her life because the pain from her car accident that threw her out the window and kept her in a coma for 2 months ate into her mind for 12 years. She couldnt take it..
dont speak for all ppl. When u say u dont care what kind of pain ppl r in then im sure u dont . But you dont know pain if you think like that.

You are completely wrong with your numbers they don't make 180's they used to make 160 but that was before u ever started on these. Also if you broke your hip and they started you at that dose it would have killed you. The most you would have got for your hip was Percocet 10/325 which is equal to 10 mg oxy

Dear Folks,I'm sorry you are in Hell with me but am glad I'm not alone,as twisted as it sounds.Nov.28 I got some reformulated Oxy 80 mg.Over night the "89" pills left absorbed enough moisture to double in wieght and size and turned into a hard dry rubber like material that was unusable.I had to go from 240 mg a day to 0 over night.Was told I tampered with it would not exchange-examin.To get asprin-terrible car accident(1990 original owner)Aetna dropped me-no ins.,car,pharm.One month $400 for new pain meds(60mg morphine?)HELP
