THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT OXYCODONE
This is nothing more than a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol, containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen.

If the K has an arrow forming the top right part of the K, it is generic Tylenol 500mg. If the K has no arrow, it is Atarax 10mg which is a prescription medication.
