Oxycodone That Dosent Have Any Acetaminophine

hi I was recently diagnosed with cirosis of the liver and my dr wants me to stop takeing anything the has acetaminophen is there anything I would be able to take that dose not have it in it. my pain dr prescribes me oxycodone with acetaminophine and now I have to stop takeing this medicine so I would like to know what I can be prescribed instead of that

Yes, Oxycodone is available without the Acetaminophen. There are also other options, such as Morphine, Dilaudid and Opana.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
