From what I was able to gather Norco's active ingredients are Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. I believe your Norco pill is 325 mg of Acetaminophen and 10 mg of Hydrocodone. Your other pill Oxycodone has a higher dosage of just Oxycodone, meaning it's stronger.

512 has 325 mg of Acetaminophen and 5 mg of Oxycodone. Watson 749 is the exact same dosage as the 512 pill. They should both be the same effect, because they both contain the exact amount of each active ingredient.
