Oxycodone Increase And Ms Contin Decrease

I take 4 roxy 30mg daily and was recently prescribed 2 30 ms contin, but the ms contin does not work for me, can I ask to increase my roxy to 5-6 30mg daily and pass on the ms contin?

You can ask your doctor anything you'd like, but whether or not they will do it is up to them.

However, they will most likely want you to stay on a time released medication, that's normal for better pain control.

Have you ever tried Oxycontin, the time released Oxycodone? That may work better for you.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
