Oxycodone Hydrochloride Verses Oxycodone Acetaminophen

I have been taking oxycodone acetaminophen 10/325 for some time; now my pharmacy has changed to oxycodone hydrochloride. It bothers my stomach and doesn't seem to work as well. What is the difference between the two?

The second one you've listed just lacks the Acetaminophen, going by what you've said in your post. What is the dose of it?

The FDA warns that Oxycodone carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

The Acetaminophen does help it work better, for some people.
