Well, for the h13, you are looking at the pill upside down. That is actually an ETH, the logo for the pharmaceutical company Ethex.

That said, ETH 445 is Oxycodone 15mgs, a generic for Roxicodone, which is a regular release formulation of the narcotic.

Some of the side effects include:

drowsiness, nausea, constipation and dry mouth.
