These must be very old tablets, this marking was discontinued back in 2007 or early 2008, I don't remember the exact date.
They were manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and contain 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
That said, while it can cause drowsiness, it is not intended to treat insomnia, nor should it be used for such. It should only be taken for pain if your doctor has prescribed it for you.
