Oxycodone Hcl Vs Oxycodone/acetaminophen On A Urine Test

I'm on probation with my pain management for them finding hydrocodone that I took from a previous dentist appt. I am prescribed 10mg Oxycodone hcl, if I take 10mg Oxycodone with acetaminophen, will it show a difference? They're now giving me very strict, down to the level testing now, after this one incident.

I'm asking this, for an answer....not for someone to TRY and tell me the difference between right and wrong. I'm already aware of it
