I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons, but I can tell you that a round, gray tablet with K 57 on it is listed in the databases as containing 20mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation, which is a generic for Roxicodone.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
