This medication combines Acetaminophen with Oxycodone, it is a narcotic pain reliever.

Combining it with alcohol can be dangerous, because it can aggravate the side effects and make them much worse.

This can include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and central nervous system depression.

It is the CNS depression that can be dangerous, the person could stop breathing or their heart rate could severely slow.
