Oxycodone And Dilaudid Corrections On Mg

The pharmaceutical decomposition of dilaudid versus oxycodone is 4 milligrams of dilaudid = 10.67mg of oxycodone. When reading through these post its important to understand the differnt levels of metabolism of each of these opiates along with different foods and different medications also interfering with the absorption of both. You can also use a SSRI like cymbalta to increase the absorption of all these opiates. I am a pain management physicians assistant. If or opiates do not work for pain you should be looking into nerve blocks and epidurals as part of your ongoing treatment with opiates.

Do not, under any circumstance, get on Cymbalta while taking pain medications. It will not make passing medications work faster, in fact, after a DNA prescription analysis on me, it was found to block oxycodone. I am now going through hell from the withdrawal effects of Cymbalta but once it is out of my body, after 3 months, I am hoping my pain medications do work. I have also just been put on 8mg of Dilaudid 4x a daddy vs 30mg of Oxycodone 5x a day. 75mg Fentanyl patches also for over 2 years now. But please do not advise someone to get on Cymbalta. The withdrawal side effects are pure hell. You get brain zaps like crazy, also known as electro-shock.
