I am not sure what the Qua refers to, I can't even find a drug manufacturer listed under that. Can you be a little more specific?

I can tell you that Percocet contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen, the dosage you mentioned is 5mgs and 500mgs, respectively,

However, Oxycodone is also available without Acetaminophen.

It is a narcotic pain reliever and common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
