The lowest available strength of acetaminophen in Percocet is actually 325mgs. To my knowledge "233mg" acetaminophen tablets don't even exist; at least not yet in the US. If there is a 233mg version somewhere in the world, it's not being advertised.

Just to add, oxycodone is also available as an individual drug without any tylenol. So you can bypass the risk of acetaminophen's liver problems altogether. Some people even take turmeric in place of acetaminophen to achieve comparable pain relief, which in my opinion is a safer alternative.
