These pills if held in between lip and gum can help you very much , IF you are trying to slow down on how many you've been taking? They release enough med fast to do the job, but yet they dissolve and hold just enuff med to trickle out almost all night!!! If you are expecting the good ole feeling and relief that the As or Mbox roxicodone give , well you will be upset! It all depends on what you need? The NP/14s R better than nothing!!!!!!!good luck!

I had no issues with these pills. I'm itchy all over and my pain is gone and if you insufflate these pills they work great and the drip is the same. I think people that write negative reviews on the is have an opinion based on the 30 milligram in there trying to compare to the 30 milligram in which they don't compare at all because they're 20 milligram pills. I just took three and have extremely high tolerance and I'm feeling great. Hannah's gone itchy I took two and then I waited 20 minutes took a third not feel great. just understand the 20 milligram so three pills would only be two pills of the 30's and that's where people I think are getting confused. I don't shoot drugs never have never will but and I'm not judging but people that she then maybe some of the ingredients that are fillers are different for sure because I can taste the difference yet I can still taste the drip of oxycodone after the initial inhale. thats how I can tell they're real right away plus I looked it up online and saw a picture of my stand because I never heard of these before until today and once I saw and confirmed online they were real then I knew I wasn't getting taken for.
