How many ir 15 would I have to take to equal 4 oxycodone-APAP pills?

I can't give you a definitive answer, since you didn't not provide the dosage of the Oxy/Apap tablets, but the dosage would be equivalent, since they both are Oxycodone regular release.

However, you should not take more than your doctor has prescribed.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Sorry. The dosage is 4 oxycodone APAP 10/325 mg. I have recently been switched to I.r. 15mg. How many of the I.r. 15mg pills would equal 4 10mg oxycodone apap pills?

One 15 is equal to 1 & 1/2 percocets if the percocets are 10mgs. Only thing different is the Tylenol they put in percocets. Hope that helps.
